Dr. Huggins discusses one of the most biologically distorting chemicals that we ingest as food – – Caffeine. There are many things that caffeine does to tear down the health of the body. There is minimal effect on calcium and phosphorus in the carbohydrate chemistries, and a maximal effect in glucose, cholesterol and triglycerides. Each of these chemistries can increase from 30 to 40 points from one cup of coffee or two cans of caffeine containing soda.
